I wanted to provide you with a check list of our direct connections to banks. Direct Connections means that the bank has opened up their connection directly to MasterCard and so the data connection should be operational 99% of the time.

* Chase and TD Bank is supposed to release the statement connections within this month or next.
Over the next few months- many more banks will be moving to this model.
If you see any of these banks that are currently not working on Ledgersync- PLEASE Re-Add them again… This is the only way to fix this..
To know if it’s a direction you will always get a pop up window like this example of TD Bank:
We see so many Chase and BofA accounts that are in failure status and that’s because they are linked to a ad dead connection. API’s is the way to go and banks are starting to open up.
Please re-connect the accounts by re-adding them again. This is the best way to handle this.
Any questions, please let me know
Regards
Maurice
